Object of research: process of formation and increasing the efficiency of economical mechanism of introduction motivation of energy-saving technologies into housing and communal services of the region. The purpose: a theoretical-methodical background of economical motivation for introduction of energy-saving technologies into housing and communal services and organization-economical forms managing the interests of both – who provide and those who use housing and communal services; inevitable growth of economical results in the branch and improvement of life conditions of the regional population. Methods of research: methods of analysis and synthesis, factorial analysis methods, systematical-structural analysis, methods of extrapolation, method of comparison and description, expert assessment. It is obtained: economical mechanism of motivation of introduction of energy-saving technologies into housing and communal services. It is solved: a complex problem of formation of motivation mechanism for introduction of energy-saving policy in conditions of competitiveness and agreement of economical interests of the consumers of the housing and communal services. It is introduced: a complex approach to organization of energy-saving policy at housing and communal services based on the principles of self-repayment and self-finance.
