Garkusha V. Economic and institutional aspects of regulation of monopoly authority in Ukraine

The object of the study is complex research of essence, the reasons of occurrence and mechanisms of realization of monopoly authority, and also institutional and economic mechanisms of regulation of its negative consequences is carried out. The basic forms of realization of monopoly authority are determined, necessity of development complex quantitative indicators of social - dangerous consequences of monopolize is finished. The dynamic model of definition of socially justified rate of return, and also border outside which it is possible to ascertain abusing of monopoly authority is developed. The technique of definition of the fact of creation by economic subjects of strategic barriers in corresponding branch is offered on the basis of the analysis of dynamics of an input and an output of firms from the market, dynamics of volume of release of corresponding commodity group and dynamics of the prices for the corresponding period. The algorithm of an estimation of influence of vertical restrictive agreements on a competition is created. Practical recommendations to formation of institutional and economic components of an antimonopoly policy and mechanisms of its realization at national and regional levels are formulated.
