Povoroznyk V. Institutional changes in conditions of transformational economy of Ukraine.

Dissertation is dedicated to investigation of changes of institutional structure of Ukrainian economy in the process of transition to the market economy. Evolution of scientific views on category "institution" is analyzed, causes of existence of institutions and their functions are displayed, essence, types and mechanism of institutional changes are shown. Peculiarities of national economy and social system, which negatively influence on economic development and witness incompleteness of transformational economy are emphasized. Thesis about necessity of application of institutional import in order to optimize trajectory of institutional development is proved. Model of estimation of effectiveness of institutional import is developed.
