Juravel V. Improvement of system of regulation of economic processes of a regional segment of the share market.

Object of research. The share market as an element financial mechanism, in particular, tendencies of its development and a system effectiveness of regulation. The purpose of research consists in a substantiation of theoretical-methodological aspects of functioning of regional segments of the share market of Ukraine and in development of conceptual and methodical bases of their regulation. Research receptions. Methodology of the system analysis; methods of comparison and the structural analysis; methods of mathematical modelling. Novelty consists in: development of a basis of the methodical device of the analysis of a condition of a regional segment of the share market which quantitatively allows to characterize a level of its activity, congestion of an infrastructure and creates scientific bases of its regulation according to specificity of an industrial complex of region; Improvement of toolkit forecasting of the share market in conditions of uncertainty; a scientific substantiation of regional segmentation of the share market of Ukraine. A degree of introduction. The results of research received by the dissertator are introduced into practice of work of the Centre of scientific researches of National bank of Ukraine, Central administrative board of economy and market relations of the Kharkov regional state administration, Central administrative board of the budget and the finance of the Kharkov city council. Besides results are used in educational process at the Kharkov national university named after V.N.Karazin.
