Rayta Y. Formation of Institutional Environment of Entrepreneurial Activity in Ukraine.

Dissertation inquires essence and importance of institutional environment of entrepreneurial activity and analyzes contemporary methodological approaches to its investigation. Peculiarities of changes of institutional environment of entrepreneurial activity in transitional economic systems are considered. Complex research of formation and development of institutional environment of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine includes such informal institutes as culture, religion, mentality. The necessity of realization of effective measures on the improvement of the institutional environment by the state, entrepreneurs and community (which is based on moral and cultural values of the Ukrainian nation) is proved.
