Lokutova O. 3. Evaluation of bee pollen load on species, contents of nutritious substance and morphological characteristics of pollen grains

Object - bee families of Ukrainian breed, nectar and pollen producing plants, pollen loads and pollen grain from different species of plants. Purpose - investigation of bee pollen load on species and contents of nutritious substance for determination of more valuable species. Methods - phenological, zootechnical, organoleptical, microscopical, biochemical and statistical. Novelty - more than 120 nectar and pollen produced plants from the Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine were investigated. It was established, in early spring and late summer the botanical structure pollen loads consistede only 2-3 species. In the spring period the number of the forest and garden plants was maximal (7-11 species). The investigations of the contents of amino acids, lipids and mineral elements in pollen loads showed significant distinctions in amount of these components in different botanical species.Results of researches - are used in practice scientific process and research work.
