Essay

The object of the research: the process of competitive goods production at an enterprise; the purpose of the research: theoretical grounding and developing of scientific and methodical recommendations as to workers financial stimulation in the process of competitive goods production at an enterprise; the research method and instruments: system approach, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstracting, specification, theoretical generalization, economic and mathematical modeling is determined and stochastic factor analysis; theoretical and practical results: the model of estimation of workers stimulation level is developed; the essence of economic stimulation in the conditions of market economy, model of the financial providing of production, determination of economic instruments of product competitiveness increase in directions of economic stimulation of enterprise activity and subjects of market environment are improved. Further development is provided for: factor models of analysis of intercommunication of economic interests of proprietors and workers, method of determination of workers reward for the final results of enterprise activity; the practical value of the results obtained is in increasing of workers collective reward at enterprises and combination of economic interests of workers and proprietors in achieving competitive goods production; the subject and degree of implementation: projects are implemented into practical activity of Joint-Stock Company „Аvtramat”, Kharkov; Joint-Stock Company „Еfekt”, Kharkov; the area of application: production activity of industrial enterprises, educational process.
