Object of research: the process of development of corporate sector of economy in the transport complex of the region. The purpose of research: the complex approach to research of theoretical, applied rules, elaboration of the scientifically proved recommendations concerning of corporate sector in the transport complex of the region in view of formation of the new relations of the property. Methods of research: dialectic knowledge of the validity, comparison, economic modeling, logic, statistical and comparative analysis, complex and system, economical and legal approach. Theoretical meaning: elaboration of theoretical, scientific-methodical rules concerning of corporate sector in the transport complex of the region on the basis of the market methods of formation of regional corporate structures. Practical meaning - use in activity of corporate region's structures of the recommendations of applied character for maintenance of effective of development them in the modern conditions. The practical meaningproves to be true by the informations of the Donetsk railway. The technique of stimulation of the shareholders and hired workers has found support in Central Committee of trade unions of the workers of the coal industry of Ukraine. The conclusions and materials of the dissertation in educational process in a rate of lectures on disciplines "Accommodation of productive forces and regional economy" and "The branch politics on a railway transportation" are used. The scientific novelty consists in a substantiation of the concept of forming of the corporate sector in the transport complex of the region, elaboration of economic and organizational maintenance to creation of the finance-transport corporation and introduction of the new order of distribution of profits between the participants of corporation by creation of funds of corporate stimulation and development. The influence of the transport complex and its institutional changes on the economy of the region is estimated, and the results of the transport complex structuring in the region are determined. Sphere of use is the activity of bodies of local self-management and regional management; the corporate enterprises; the enterprises of the transport complex of the region; higher educational institutions.
