Object of research. Movement world capitalflows in the form direct and portofolio of the foreign investments, international loan capital and bank credit, flows of the financial capital ТNC and international financial organizations in conditions economic globalization. The purpose of research. A scientific substantiation of essence, laws, results and prospects of modern transformations of global financial environment and development of the mechanism of state regulation of movement of the capital in conditions financial globalization. Research receptions. Methods of scientific abstraction, statistical, qualitative and quantitative comparison, factor both structural analysis and expert estimations and biographical interrogations. The theoretical and practical results are used during the decision of problems of regulation of movement of the capital.
