Research shows that combination of high sensitivity (95,2%) and specificity (100,0%) is characteristic for the minimal invasive endoscopic technologies. Obtained results allows to define the small morphofunctional changes in pelvic organs and determines the subsequent tactic of management of patients with CPPS whereas noninvasive intrascopic diagnostic technologies could be use only as a screening methods on the ambulatory stage of observation. Analysis of the results of complex examination demonstrated the patients with CPP have two principal etiopathogenic factors of CPPS development. The necessity of the development of the pathogenetically substantiated differentiated management of CPPS patients directed on all pathogenic mechanisms of pain syndrome forming, - from an algogenic factor to targeted correction of psychoemotional changes was shown.
