Budnik S. Border Guard Officers’ Professional Readiness Formation for the Creative Management Tasks Solving

The thesis deals with the problem of border guard officers’ professional readiness formation for creative management tasks solving. The author offers the structure, reveals the essence, content, determinants, indices of the cadets’ professional readiness in the National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine for the future creative management tasks solving. The complex psychological and pedagogical program of forming the cadets’ professional readiness for creative management tasks solving, development the professionally important qualities of a border guard officer with a help of using the system of active methods of group and individual educational activity has been worked out and experimentally checked. The forming experiment confirmed the research hypothesis about the possibility of the officers’ creative management tasks solving capabilities development during the process of education.
