Essay

The given dissertation work is aimed at studying the problems of contents of psychological expert examination of innovative activity of pedagogical teams. There have been considered the basic research trends in accordance with the model of its expert examination that includes expert evaluation of the experiment development , innovative educational activity of the pedagogical school team, programme - methodical means and module - developing classes. The concept of "psychological expert examination" has been clarified and have been traced, its links with the theory, technology and practice of long - term experimenting have been indicated. Structural - functional and org - technological models of socio-cultural contents of expert examination. There have been defined some parameters and criteria of psycho - social growing of a teacher's and student's personality, that prove positive changes of innovative conditions.
