Voedylo A. Psychological peculiarities of formationof effektive styles of management of training border guard units' comanders.

The dissertation thesis is dedicated to the studies of the Psychological peculiarities of formation of effective styles of management of training border guard units’ commanders.The results of scientific analysis of the contemporary world tendencies and the psychological aspects of the management. The basic research and commander management styles formation principles have been defined. It enables to determine six principle stylish totalities of management activities of the training border units’ commanders as well as to discover the dependence of the effectiveness of units’ coordination on the management style of their commander. From the point of view of the psychological science the main tendency of the research and the management style formation are determined. The psychological peculiarities and influence of the effectiveness of management activities of the training border units’ commanders, coordination of personnel, and relations within the training border unit. The psychological model of formation of effective management style of training border guard units’ commanders is suggested. The experiment proved that the most relevant means to form it is the socio-psychological training of business communication, and reflexive and emotional training. Also these are lessons that provide maximum activity of commanders in creation the necessary effective management methods and means to influence the subordinate personnel.
