Essay

The terms of work and cause of breakage the details of cylinder and piston group of diesels are considered in work, and also the analysis of existent technologies of causing of wearproof coverages is executed. It is set, that a galvanic method together with phosphate covering not provides the set capacity of details. The mathematical model of dependence of operating properties of pair of friction cylinders shell - pistons ring from technology of their making is concreted.It is offered and developed a new technological process of the superficial consolidating of pair of friction shell of cylinder - piston ring. For providing of high antifriction properties of coverage it is recommended to conduct this process in one technological loop: preliminary activating of surface and causing of coverage in the satiating environment of the overheated steam of water solution of aluminum-chrome-phosphate salts.It is set, that composition of coverage changes depending on the parameters of technological process. Rational parameters: temperature of 600±20°C, time of keeping 40 minutes, concentration of the aluminum-chrome-phosphate salts 5-6%. A new technological process can be carried out at the use of the modernized serial equipment.In thesis the complex of experimental researches of superficial layer of models of details is executed and relation between properties of coverage and their capacity is found.Practical recommendations on creation and introduction of a new technology of superficial treatment which allowed to perfect technology of making of details of cylinder-piston group of diesels and to reduce the quantity of technological operations in three times are developed.A standard technological process providing the necessary quality of working surfaces of details is developed.An economic effect from introduction of a new technology is about 30 000 grn.
