Pyatak V. Factors and mechanisms of intensification of economic development of region (on materials of the Lviv region)

In the dissertation the theoretic-methodological substantiation of processes intensification of economic development of region is carried out, the estimation of system, working in Ukraine, of stimulation of regional development from position of the account of national and territorial interests is spent; the world experience of attraction of stimulation methods of regional development and factors of economic increase is investigated. In work economic potential of researched region and made conclusions concerning its competitive advantages, which capable is analyzed to ensure competitiveness of the Lviv region at nation-wide and world levels. With the purpose of a substantiation of perspective directions of integration in global economic and national space the foreign economic relations of region is analyzed in research, feature of its participation in sphere of transborder cooperation are described. The estimation of personnel potential of region and preconditions of its formation are carried out. The important place in the dissertation to substantiation of perspective directions of stimulation of competitiveness of the Lviv region; to the recommendations concerning a role of the state in stimulation of regional development and tools of influence of regional authority on processes of economic growth, in particular, concerning a finding by them of qualitative attributes is removed. The author offers the models of forecasting of development of region economy on the basis of production factors and forecasting of meaning basic parameters.
