The object of research: conjuncture of enterprise’s human resource as specific occurrence of market economy, that needs management influence; the goal of research – the development of theoretical thesis and development of methodical approaches and practical recommendations for managing conjuncture of human resource for providing stable functioning of enterprises; methods of research and apparatus: analysis, synthesis, correlation-regressive analysis, statistic-analytic analysis, visually-graphic, system approach; theoretical and practical results: the criteria of estimation conjuncture of human resource is offered; improved: definition of notion “conjuncture of human resource”, definition of notion “management of situations”, the system of managing conjuncture’s researches of human resource on enterprises; have the further development: estimation-analytical approach to defining characteristic of enterprise’s state, succession of estimation conjuncture of human resource; practical meaning of received results is that they will be conducive to stabilization of process of motion of enterprise’s human resource, the formation of information base for providing making management decisions from balance their quality and quantity composition; subject and level of introduction: elaborations are introduced in practical work of OSC “Ukr elektroremont”, Kharkov, SCCT “Kharkov biscuit fabrika”, Kharkov; the sphere of application: possible to use the results of investigation on enterprises of industrial sector of economy and in studding separate subjects in high educational establishments.
