Tyurya Y. Separation of extraction on friction of coal by method "run - braking"

The dissertation is devoted to development of the theory of processes of dry enrichment coal and improvement of the given technology.Methods of extraction on friction are the most perspective and technically-realizable methods in this group of methods.Theoretical and experimental investigations of such a wellknown method as "run - flight" were carried out. A new method of extraction on friction "run - braking", which provides a sufficient selectivity of particles' movement, which is the basis of high efficiency of separation was elaborated. It was established that seeming coefficient of friction of sliding, which depends on velocity of movement of particles of material along inclined plane is the main parameter that characterizes process of division. Optimum interval of velocities (0…2 m/s) was determined in virtue of results of investigation of mechanism of interaction of particles and plane with a help of acoustic issue.Application of given technology for extraction of coal fractions from rock on N.I. Stashkov's mine allowed to get an annual economical effect of 130792,63 HR in prices of year of 2002.
