The dissertation is devoted the substantiation of wasteless technology of brown coal slurry treatment of briquette factories. Wastes of briquette factories - slurry (up to 3%) and crumb (up to 15%) are not processed because of the absence of theoretical and ex-perimental substantiation of their utilization technology. Technological properties of slurry of briquette factories are studied and revealed by general methods. After thermal treatment and pressing the properties of hydrophoby appear on the surface of brown coal. For floated fraction (up to 47%) of brown coal slurry the value of edge angle of moistening in 122о-136о, and for sank fraction (up to 53%) is 85о...90о which proves a high hydrophoby of the surface of the floated fraction and allows to take edge angle of moistening as a distinguish-ing feature and to carry out nonreagent floating separation of these fractions with efficiency up to 65% and maximum grade (2,25 mm) of floated fraction. Wasteless technology of treating brown coal slurry and crumb with closed cycle of water supply and receiving transportability finished product up to 23 t/h for burning and briquetting with 26-28 moisture content has been developed.
