The object of research physical training of cadets of higher military schools preparing army aviation pilots.The subject of research is the content the forins of organizing, methods and the way of physical training of helicopter-cadets in the period before flying training. The scientific novelty is based on the scientific development of system model of physical training process of helicopter-cadets during period before flying training and determined dependence of readiness of helicopter-cadets to the first flights on the level of development of their special and professionally important qualities.
