Essay

The research object is individual classes in the system of junior pupils physical education. The research subject is the influence individual physical experiences on junior pupils fitness. The research purpose is to substantiate the scientific and methodical approaches to organization of individual physical exercises for children at 7 to increase the effectiveness of primary physical education system. Fitness level, physical capacity, physical preparedness and somatic health of children at 7-9 have been determined.
