The object of the research is physical education of college students with specialized military and physical education program. The subject of the research is technology of optimization of physical condition of college students with specialized military and physical education. By means of prolonged method of research organization was established effectiveness of using the technology of physical education for improving physical condition of college students in the process of physical education. Experimental testing has shown considerable superiority of the developed educational technology over existing one.
