Essay

The object of research is physical education of students in higher educational humanitarian institutions of Ukraine. The aim of research is to improve physical fitness of students with low level of somatic healthThe scientific novelty of the research: the program of health-related training of students with low level of somatic health has been grounded for the first time taking into account individual peculiarities of students; it allows to obtain high level of health within minimum time and possibility to support it for a continuous time; the limits of physical loads depending on the level of somatic health of students have been determined for the first time experimentally based on express-screening; pedagogical conditions of the students somatic health improvement in the process of health-related training have been ascertained; new data have been added to information about the state of somatic health, physical efficiency, volume norms of motor activities and the level of development of main physical qualities of students with low level of somatic health.
