Dissertation contains theoretical and experimental research of peculiarities of senior class schoolchildren's motivation sphere with different levels of learning achievements. This research discloses peculiarities of the motivation sphere structures at the early juvenile age in connection with the results of their learning activities. The research describes age changes in the contents and intensity of the manifestation of close and distant motivation of senior class schoolchildren upon the influence of their need in social and professional self-determination. Schoolchildren with high level progress showed essential differentiation on the contents and rate of the development of components of the motivation sphere. It was fixed that the development of separate motives in the frame of different results of learning in the groups of senior class schoolchildren gets particular features which define the reconstruction of the motivation sphere as a whole. The research presents constructive and destructive tendencies of the development of the separate motives dominating in the motivation sphere of the senior class schoolchildren. The thesis has suggested and approbated the program of activisation of constructive tendencies of the motivation sphere of senior class schoolchildren which stimulated the increase of the progress of their learning.
