Nakonechny E. Reinfusion of blood in patients with trauma of chest and abdomen and prophylaxis of its complications

Тhe object of research: blood reinfusion by intracavitary bleedings. The purpose of study: to substantiate measures for prophylaxis of compluations of blood reinfusion at trauma of chest and abdomen due to estimation of stste of antioxidant system of blood. Methods of research: clinical, biochemical, spectrophotometric, electronic-microscopic, bacteriological and statistical. Scientific novelty: It was studied and determined dependence between termims of reinfusions and condition of oxidant-antioxidant intercommunication. It was established direct dependence between activation of free-radical processes, peroxidant oxidation of lipids, oxidizing modification of proteins as well as level of proteins in acute phase and cytomedines in blood from serous cavity in patients with intracavitary bleedings. Was determined that express-estimation free-radical processes, peroxidant oxidation of lipids and antioxidant activity of tissues are important in estimation of blood quality for reinfusion. Practical significance: it was cleared up that high oxidant ability of whole blood is prognostically an unfavourable index for performing of reinfusion what has importance for optimization of acute massive hemorhage treatment, was found out, that optimal conditions of performing of reinfusion are the first four hours afler acute hemorrhage washed by autoblood. Introduction: Fundamental positions and conclusion of theses were introduced into work of departments of IGUS of AMS of Ukraine, department of polytrauma of Kharkov municipal clinic of first aid and urgent medical aid.
