Substance and structure of organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of international investment activity are exposed, determination of notion of international investment activity and the list of criteria of classification of international investments are specified. The stages of process of regulation of international investment activity are indicated. The investment environment of activity of international investors is analyzed, the possible ways of improvement of mechanism of regulation of international investment activity in Ukraine are offered.
