The dissertation deals with the research of the functional condition of adrenal glands, cardiovascular system and investigation of the compensatory and accommodative processes in healthy people and in persons with compromised history of angina pectoris under short-term dynamic physical exertion. A multifactorial analysis of correlation of the 17-ketosteroids and 17-ketogenic steroids concentration with the dynamics of heart rate, blood pressure and ECG data, such as altitude of T, ST position and R/S ratio under short-term physical exertion of different capacity in healthy people and in persons with compromised history of angina pectoris. The revealed chavges in hemodynamics, myocardial exitation and ketosteroids excretion in persons with compromised history of angina pectoris certify the impaired adaptation of cardiovascular system and functional condition of adrenal glands under physical exertion.
