Dissertation is developed to the problem of study the rate of communicative skills forming and correction 6 years old children with mental retardation. Using psycho-linguistic to study and development speech function enable possibility to analyse speech activity and mechanism of forming speaking skills of 6 years old children with violation in the ontogenesis. The comparison investigation was realized in the base of development criterions of communicative skills for study the rate of forming 6 years old children with mental retardation, and children with normal evolution, forming rate were detected. Didactic model of forming communicative skills 6 years old children with MR were created by using data, received from established stage of investigation, communicative methodic was explained, system of psychological and pedagogical condition for there forming and content consists was determinate.
