Taranchenko O. Becoming and development of system of special training children with the lowered hearing in Ukraine (ХІХ - beginning XX century)

The dissertation is devoted to research of process of becoming and development of system of special training of children with the lowered hearing in Ukraine with ХІХ item and prior to the beginning XX item. In the dissertation sources of occurrence of idea concerning allocation of special group of children with the lowered hearing, development of sights at this category of children and tendencies of searches of special approaches to their training and education are shined; the first attempts of the practical decision of a question concerning special training to children with the lowered hearing are analyzed; the structure and the maintenance of educational, educational, correctional work during development of deaf theory and experts is characterized; social and economic, political, cultural, national and other factors which influenced process becoming of domestic system of special training of children with the lowered hearing at different stages are certain; the basic laws and tendencies of developmentof the theory and practice of training of these to children in Ukraine at the present stage are opened.
