Essay

The multicriterion optimization of water use has been improved taking into account the weather risks, that enable to calculate the economically optimal irrigation rates for the annual water use planning. At has been proposed to use the method of sequential spline-dependence approximation ''relative yield-water supply coefficient'' for task solution of the water use irrigation rate best values for vegetables have been determined depending on the year conditions and water charge amount taking into account the rational compromise provision boundaries for the risk control of water provides and water consumers. For the purpose of risk system control within the irrigation the risk simulation have been elaborated, which enable to water providers to evaluate quantitatively the influence of various factors on the water supply efficincy. The simulation of the weather risk has been fulfilled on the basis of game with nature matrix arraying, risk estimation in absolute and relative expression for the profit earning optimization from water charge for water providers and high and stable profit for water consumers. The undelying principles and approaches to the standardized water use implementation have been considered on the water saving irrigation regimes. This enables to reduce the environmental load to soils and to win the essential saving of water resources.
