The processes of generation, allocation and redistribution of incomes of the population. The complex analysis of mechanism of the state regulation of the population incomes, as well as the elaboration of measures fostering its efficiency in Ukraine. Methods: historic-logical, dialectical and system-structural approaches, scientific abstraction, classification, factor analysis, econometric modeling. The understanding of essence and problems concerning the generation, allocation and redistribution of incomes of the population in Ukraine have been elaborated. New methodical approaches to the improvement of the state mechanism of regulation of generation, allocation and redistribution of the population incomes in Ukraine have been developed. The recommendations aimed to foster the population incomes growth in Ukraine, the analysis of financial stability of social insurance system, as well as the evaluation of consequences of social contribution rate reduction and the influence of moonlight economy assessedon the basis of forecast calculations have been implemented.
