Opened the essence and structure of professional ethics of future engineers is opened, criteria, parameters and levels of development are determined; pedagogical conditions of professional ethic formation of future engineers during their education in technical universities are theoretically proved. The methodic of case training in formation of professional ethic of future engineers contains three stages: studying of theoretical contents of professional engineer's ethics; analyzing moral- ethic of future engineer's activity; practical realization in enterprises' practice.
