Kudiy L. Heart rhythm variability among the persons with different respiration frequency

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the heart rhythm variability among healthy young men with different respiration frequency. The heart rhythm variability in the state of rest was discovered to be higher among the men with low and high respiration frequency than among the investigated with middle respiration frequency. The heart rhythm variability stipulating with parasympathetic effects on the sinus junction is comparatively higher among the persons with low respiration frequency and is accompanied with the high level of heart-respiration synchronism. Such display of the cardiac rhythm variability is attained mainly due to the sympathetic regulation and is characterized with marked irregularity of heart rhythm respiration wave's am-plitude and relative desynchronization in the activity of respiration and vascular-motive centre among the men with high respiration frequency.
