Shaposhnikov K. Combining of corporative and functional strategies in management of development of electrical communication operators

The thesis is dedicated to methodological and applied problems of interaction and combining of corporative and functional strategies of electrical communication operator in transitive conditions of economics. The main points of privatizing corporative processes in Ukraine and other countries with transitional economics were analyzed. The major principles of business management of electrical communication operators were singled out. The process of value creation by electrical communication corporations was evaluated, a virtual operator and a virtual electrical communication corporation were determined. A manifold methodology of combining of corporative and functional strategies in management of development of electrical communication operators on the basis of their contrastive positioning adapted to the conditions of the Ukrainian market was worked out, grounded and applied. The major results of the thesis were introduced into economic practice.
