Dikan V. State Regulation of Investment Securing of the International Transport Corridors Development in Ukraine

Object of Investigation. Economic procces of forming, construction and development of International Transport Corridors (ITC) infrastructure in their transforming to the national economy needs. Purpose of Investigation. Improvement of theoretical and methodological principles of investment resources attraction to the ITC forming and development in Ukraine. Methods of Investigation. Scientific synthesis, marketing, logistic, statistic analysis, programme-goal-oriented, economic-mathematical, system approach. Theoretical and practical results were used during working out procces of suggestions about of the perspective development of ITC and national transport system competitiveness securing, recomendations concerning activization of transport investment activity through the national industrial-financial groups creation. Novelty is in working out of methodological approaches to regulation of investment resources securing of the Ukrainian transport complex for ITC infrastructure development; expediency of investment activity regime provision in the transport complex on the basis of state complecated regulation function with industrial-financial groups attraction has been proved. The results of the dissertation paper have been used at the working procces of Yuznaya Railway (the act №006/83a from 05.04.2006). Some positions of the dissertation paper have been introduced into educational procces of the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport in preparatory courses and postgraduate education (the act from 28.02.2006).
