Zaporozhets A. Organizational and information maintenance of restructuring of the municipal economy

Thesis represents investigations of the directions of increasing efficiency of scientific - methodical, organizational and information and administrative maintenance of restructuring of the municipal enterprises. The own concept of term "restructuring" is suggusted. It is also suggested to improve information analytical toolkit at the expense of introduction of the offered structural substantial model of the analysis of quality of municipal services and quality of processes creating them. The system of parametres of quality and effectiveness of expenses of services and business-processes is suggested. Model of restructuring are worked. Methodical approachess to estimation of efficiency of restructuring of municipal enterprises taking into account their social and economical efficiency are formulated.
