Avetisyan K. Business-processing organization of granting Internet-services by the enterprises of telecommunications

Object of research - process of granting to consumers Internet-services in concrete market conditions of communication branch. The purpose of research - development of theoretical, methodological positions and applied approaches to business-processes optimization of granting Internet-services by tele-communications enterprises in view of an available foreign experience and features of market conditions in which Ukraine communication branch is functioning. Methods of research: logic analysis, economic analysis, statistical analysis, method of modeling, method of economic parameters comparison, graphic representation and others. Scientific results: the model and procedure of business-processes optimiza-tion of communication operator economic activities is developed; the variant of organizational structure which can provide high efficiency of economic activities in conditions of its process organization is offered; it is proved, that condition of effective economic activities of telecommunications operator after business-processes optimization are also transformations of its organizational structure. The definition of economic attitudes transformation stages in economic of communication; existing practice of the radical transformations estimation of Ukraine economy of communication have been improved. The method of reengineering business-processes, for transformation of Ukraine telecommunication operator economic activities; definition of stimulus and sources of Internet-services development; research of the reasons of weak development of an Internet network in countryside of Ukraine have gained the further develop-ment. Author's recommendations, conclusions and offers are used in Odessa branch of "Ukrtelecom" (the certificate of introduction from 08.02.2006). Scientific and methodical positions of work are used in Odessa national academy of communication named after O.S. Popov educational process, in following courses: "Branch Economy", "Business Economy", "Management", "Productive Forces Accommoda-tion" (the certificate of introduction from 23.02.2006). Materials of dissertational work are used in NRW of the Odessa scientific research institute of communication, "The Feasibility Report on General Access Maintenance to the infocommunication's Services of Telecommunication Networks in Multioperator's Activity Conditions", (the certificate of introduction from 24.01.2006).
