Kocharyan I. Economic strategy of higher educational establishment (HEE) in demographic crisis environment

The Higher Educational Establishments (HEE) of III-IV accreditation level of the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The grounding of the HEE development strategy in demographic crisis environment. The methods of system and logical approaches, method of normative and logical analysis, statistical, comparison, economic and mathematical modelling, forecasting and expert evaluations. They are used in the planning of the Kyiv National University of Stage, Screen and Television named after I.K. Karpenko-Karyy activity, are applied in the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture and Tourism and they are in use in the Academy of Municipal Administration and the Kyiv National University of Stage, Screen and Television named after I.K. Karpenko-Karyy for teaching of the courses “Management principles”, “Marketing. Market economy principles”. It was offered the comprehensive approach to make management decisions relating to HEE functioning and development to increase its effectiveness and competitive ability under market conditions and modern demographic situation.
