The dissertation is devoted to a problem of psychological organization of mutual relation of the teachers with the gifted schoolboys, and the roles, which are played in this process with creativity. The dissertation is devoted to a problem of psychological organization of mutual relation of the teachers with the gifted schoolboys. The problem of mutual relation of the teachers with gifted children has the important psychology-pedagogical meaning. High-grade intellectual and personal development of the gifted schoolboys - the precondition of successful educational activity and socialization - directly depends on mutual relation with the teacher. You see just the teacher defines ways of organization of pedagogical process, promotes granting of those forms of work, which are most effective for training the gifted schoolboys. Is shown, that the development of creative potential of the teacher, positively influences mutual relation with the gifted schoolboys. System of the specially generated preconditions,by which, in particular, the realization of training concerns on the basis of creative activity provide becoming of optimum mutual relation of the teachers with the gifted schoolboys. The involved forming measures were showed as effective, as defines perspective of their application with the purpose of assistance of organization of the positive relations the teacher - gifted schoolboy.
