The object of research is system of basketball-player training at various stages of long-term training. The purpose of work is increase of efficiency training process to technique and perfection of accuracy of a penalty shots in basketball by a way by one hand from above on the basis of application reference points, training simulators and means of the urgent information. Methods of research: the analysis of the scientific - reference, modeling, photoshooting, videoshooting with the computer analysis, testing, laboratory experiment, pedagogical experiment, mathematical statistics.Scientific novelty. For the first time: there are received forms of a ball flight trajectory, there are developed training simulators of a basketball throw and the pedagogical control technique of system ensuring productivity of a throw; the procedure of throws accuracy on the basis of application of the urgent information means is developed.There are modified reference points, that used in practice at training to a throw withan optimum trajectory of a ball flight and the coordinates of their arrangement are specified. The developed systems are introduced into practice of training process of basketball sport schools, the man's basketball teams.
