Essay

Object - substantiation of complex application hydrohumate and trace minerals to the Holstein cows and calves. Purpose -scientifically to prove functioning an organism of Holstein cattle on the basis gas-exchange, energy, proteins-mineral metabolism after application hydrohumate together with trace minerals for correction a metabolic profile of the cows during a lactation and obtained from them calves in requirements of their long-lived acclimatization to features of a zone of Steppe of Ukraine. Methods - physiological, biochemical, clinical and statistical. Novelty - established dependence between indexs gas-exchange, energy, protein and mineral metabolism at the Holstein cows during a lactation and obtained from them calves from a degree of security by their copper, cobalt and Iodum in requirements of a central steppe zone of Ukraine. To the carried complex examinations of physiological and biochemical indexs under influence of trace substances and hydrohumate is proved, that in a complex they strengthen intensity of energy tissues processes, hemopoiesis, normalize an metabolism of protein and mineral substances, raise milk yields of cows, body height and development of calves.. Results of researches - are used in scientific process and research work. Branch - physiology.
