Essay

. Object: administrative actions of executive power bodies in rendering public servicing. Goal: realization of theoretical grounds of complex mechanism of managerial servicing rendered by executive power bodies.Methods: systematic, historical, logical, structure-functional analysis, generalization of compared characteristics, statistical grouping and index analysis, economic-mathematical analysis of scenario modeling.Results: theoretical principles, methodical approaches to definition of complex mechanism of managerial servicing are formulated; practical recommendations as to the evaluation of the quality of managerial servicing are worked out.Usage: for the improvement of managerial servicing system in Ukraine; for realization of the internal evaluation of servicing in the work of local public administrations, local authorities.
