The thesis is dedicated to investigation of the mechanisms of cell membranes’ extracanal permeability for cations and changes of electrical activity (EA) of the heart, under condition of lipids peroxide oxidation (LPO), and also impact of Amiodarone and its combination with Trymetazidin and membrane protector Rhythmocor on permeability of cell membranes, state of lipid peroxide oxidation and EA heart. While modeling increased cell membranes permeability by LPO activation the connection between changes of EA of myocardium and increase of membrane permeability indexes under the influence of LPO products was found. It was also proved, that combination of Amiodarone with Rhythmocor to decrease permeability indexes and the level of LPO products, and also prevented or even eliminated the development of changes of myocardium EA and cardiac rhythm on cardiac arrhythmia experimental models.
