Essay

Dissertational research is devoted to the complete historical-pedagogical analysis of occurrence and development in Ukraine special schools for deaf-mutes in second half ХІХ - beginning XX item. In research is revealed, analysed and opened historical and socially-pedagogical preconditions which have affected becoming and development domestic deaf-mutes pedagogics. The scientific-theoretical us scientific-theoretical and comparative analysis testifies that special training and education of children with lacks of hearing of Ukraine has long, interesting and instructive history. On the basis of the collected and processed archival sources, documents, textbooks, materials of periodicals theoretical bases of activity and the organization of teaching and educational work in special institutions for deaf-mutes are investigated. The results received during research promote enrichment of a historical-pedagogical science. Into the scientific reference it is entered new materials and the facts which supplement apicture of development deaf-mutes pedagogical formations in Ukraine. The collected and systematized actual material can be used at teaching history deaf-mutes pedagogic and during preparation of textbooks.
