Derkach M. Adaptive mechanism of institutional changes in economic systems under market transition

Research object: institutional changes in economy under transition. Research purpose: investigation of influence of adaptive mechanism of institutional changes on institutional development of transitive economy. Research methods: scientific analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, abstracting, classifications, historical and systems approach, statistical analysis. Results, novelty: The determination of economic institution's adaptation and its role in of institutional system's performance under transition has been proposed; key role of economic agents' adaptive behavior in adaptive mechanism has been proved; controversial impact of adaptive behavior on institutional development is determined; the logical model of adaptive behavior is worked out and major factors of different ways of it are specified; method of the state influence on the adaptive mechanism of institutional changes is suggested. Sphere of the application: courses on institutional economics, economic policy, in practical activity of scientific centers, that develop therenical background of governments institutional policy.
