3. The Dissertation is focused on studies of institutional dimension of the EU unified political system formation. The Thesis is devoted to the comprehensive research of the institutional reforms during the European Union's enlargement process from the point of view of forming the unified political system of the EU. The Thesis presents the author's concept of interconnection between two processes of enlargement and institutional reformation of the European Union. These aforementioned processes are the plots of the European Union unified political system formation. The present research also contains practical recommendations concerning the formation, development and realization of the European vector of the Ukrainian foreign policy. Institutional efficiency of the enlarged EU together with transformation processes in Ukraine play key role on further EU - Ukraine relations.
