The Dissertation deals with the problems of forming the concessive relations in the process of transformations in the economic system. The given paper finds out specific features of concession as a means of attracting long-term investments; advances the mechanism of interaction between subjects and objects arising as a result of concessive agreement for attracting investment resources; grounds the calculation of economic parameters of concessive enterprises; works out theoretic - conceptual approaches concerning the investment process development and the creation of appropriate conditions for using the concessive mechanism on road economy objects.
