Kondratenko D. Economic-organizational mechanism of regulation of Insurance in Ukraine

Object of research. Process of insurance activity regulation in Ukraine. The purpose of research. Development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations for improvement of the mechanism of insurance activity regulation in the resolution of modern problems of economic development of insurance sector and integration into the international financial markets. Research methods. Method of logic analysis, synthesis and comparison; statistical methods; an index method; social monitoring. Theoretical and practical results are used during the resolution of insurance activity regulation tasks that approaches national insurance system to the world standards. Novelty consists in a theoretical substantiation and development of methodical approaches to improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of insurance activity regulation; The organizational mechanism of participation of self-control organizations in formation and realization of the state insurance policy that allows to coordinate own interests of all insurance market participants and to optimize system of state regulation for increase of efficiency of insurance branch evolution is developed. The results of the dissertation are used in work of SAR "International Insurance Company" (certificate from 15.02.2006г.) and ISK "Epos" (certificate from 16.02.2006г.), League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine (certificate № 81/А/III-6 from 06.02.2006р), Kharkov Insurants Union (certificate №1 from 19.01.2006г.), Kharkov Regional State Administration (certificate № 02-5/1983 from 22.12.2005г.). Several standings of the dissertation are introduced into the educational process of the Kharkov State University of Construction and Architecture (certificate from 20.02.2006г.).
