Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the guaranteeing of economic state safety in the transition economy. The necessity of economic state safety is proved to provide sustainable economy development. The objective necessity of reobservation of the theoretical approaches to the determination of economic state safety has been analyzed. The limitation of neoclassical economic theory in the questions of guaranteeing of economic state safety in the transition from command and administrative economy towards market system of economy was proved. Grounded that in contemporary conditions economic safety is basic attributive constituent of economic system, which determines ability to back up successive realization of national interests, steady activity. Grounded that Ukraine motion by integration can obligatorily corresponds with contemporary global processes, to take into account their basic tendencies, positive sides and discrepancy of economic subjects directed on improvement of population welfare. On the basis of real situation estimation proved that it's necessary to create the inter-industrial body responsible for active co-ordination in the industry of balanced development, to develop a system of program and forecasting documents of balanced development, to conduct a regular monitoring of governmental policy professional analysis, specifically study of possible consequences of alternative decisions in short-term and long-term perspective. It was proved that achievement at successive and steady growth of indexes characterizing a population consumption level and social services is a necessary resulting condition on contemporary economy development stage and in future, but with gradual growing of investment activity in short-term and long-term period.
