Essay

The thesis deals with problem of forming readiness of future teachers to professional self-improvement as a part of their readiness to pedagogical activities. Basing on theoretical reseach of essence and contents of professional-pedagogical self-improvement contents of the notion "readiness to professional-pedagogical self-improvement" has been concretisized in the dissertation along with defining their structural constituents. The system of criteria and indexes of level of the capedness of readiness of future teachers to professional self-improvement has been worked out and used in pedagogical experiments. Also the complex of pedagogical conditions, which guarantee effectiveness of forming in students readiness to professional self-improvement has been revealed; the system of organize-methodical system of stage-by-stage forming readiness of future teachers to professional self-improvement in the process of their professional training has been created and experimentally tested. The materials of the research give theoretic-pedagogical basis for future improving professional-pedagogical training.
