Kolomiytseva O. Optimization of professionally applied physical training of students of humanitarian secondary education establishments.

The object of investigation is the process of physical education of students of secondary humanitarian education establishments. The subject of investigation is the technology of optimization of using of professionally applied physical training of students in physical education. The aim of work is to work out and experimentally substantiate the system of professionally applied physical training of students of secondary humanitarian education establishments. Methods of investigation. For solving given problems the complex of theoretic, social, pedagogical and physiological methods and methods of mathematics statistics have been used. Scientific novelty: it was worked out and put into practice the system of professionally applied physical training of students of secondary humanitarian education establishments taking into consideration their future professional activity; it was defined the influence of physical exercises of professionally applied character in the state of bioelectric activity of skeletonmuscles, which take part in forming motor activity; new scientific facts of changing the level of attention of students of pedagogical college during schooling day has been received; new facts of professiogram of primary school teachers have been found, new information about the level of physical preparing and the state of individual psychophysiologic qualities of students of pedagogical college have been prcised; the facts about some which accompany teacher's professional activity during the working day have been completed.
